現年18歲，雙目失明的Brice Mellen在去年美國舉行的電視遊戲《龍爭虎鬥 6》比賽中擊敗多位對手成為冠軍。

 

今年他接受日本電視台(NTV)的邀請，遠赴日本和25位格鬥遊戲的高手一決高下。
在NTV及遊戲雜誌「FAMI 通」的安排下，Brice Mellen在節目中先後和25位日本各地的格鬥遊戲高手進行比賽，結果Brice Mellen以 22勝 3負的成績完成今次的創舉。雙目失明的Brice Mellen一直依靠過人的聽力和記憶力，去揣摩角色的動作繼而出招把對手擊倒。

Brice Mellen“我依靠的是游戏的音效。不管是移动、跳跃、落地、攻击、命中还是受伤时，我会根据听到的声音立刻做出判断，当遇到第一玩的游戏时，我会先请别人念说明书给我听，然后记下指令，然后让别人告诉我游戏出现的各种状况，借此将每种动作的声音都记录下来，这样再反复练习就OK了。”

看到这位玩家的世纪，我们只能相信，这个世界没有什么是不可能的。
